Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Springfield, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Illinois run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

I ordered the hibachi noodles and fried rice size large all βTo Goβ as well as the βmagicβ sushi βspecial rollβ along with chicken tempura. The only thing that was good was the chicken tempura! The fried rice was dark brown, undercooked, tasteless and dry as a bone! Noodles were just ok but yet again, this was tasteless. The magic sushi was mediocre; It looked like they had just topped it with their crunchy tempura flakes that were not crunchy at all. It looked like the flakes were just thrown on top from a canister! If you have ever had it you would know that this roll is a bit long in length with the two ends being the shrimp tail. The whole thing was shoved inside a 5in x 3in plastic to go container! They could have at least put it in a larger to go. Oh, this was just about $50 and not worth it. I was highly disappointed and donβt plan on going back there which is unfortunate because I really liked it. I guess thatβs a thing in the past now. What has happened to your Business? Itβs bad enough that most of the brick and mortar retail stores are shutting down and all we have left is restaurants now even these are going downhill and customer serviceβ¦ Forget about it!

We enjoyed a nice dinner here just before close. Our waiter did a fabulous job missed a few details but definitely made up for them when I asked. The full on hibachi show was closed when we went in because it was late so we are it in the dining room. The food was tasty they did a good job. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience of this place. If you have not been i highly recommend you going. Can't wait to go back again for the good food and next time to see their hibatchi full on show. The service was great along with the food! Going late was very peaceful we were the only ones in their but it was in the 8pm hour just before close.

Firstly, the service. My server, Antwon, was phenomenal. I was treated promptly and respectfully by all staff from the moment I entered the door. I have nothing but praise in that regard. It was a very professional atmosphere, which isn't my preference, but one look around the restaurant is all you need to see the work and detail that goes into making it an interesting place to dine. Clean, stylish, and comfortable. I suspect it is especially lovely at night. The food was very good. Flavorful, fresh tasting cuts of fish and delicious openers led to an overall very tasty experience. My only remark is, the sushi is quite large. Even by American sushi bar standards. It is difficult to eat properly without the fish and rice separating as a result. Still, the taste was there, even if I ended up looking less than graceful eating it. Overall, 4/5 stars. I'd happily invite my friends here to dine again.

One of kind dining experience I have ever had. I visited this on my birthday and they made more special with special cake at the end. Here there were two options you can choose either Hibachi Grill or A-la-carte. We went To grill and the chef was so entertaining. He made feel us special with his special skills. Food was more than enough and it comes large plates and couldnβt able to finish. He made Fried rice, noodles and that meat/veggies. If you want go with your gang, this is the place for Drinks, Food and Fun.

For our first time here, my daughter and I were blown away! The taste of the food is top notch and the customer service was excellent! Don was our waiter and was super friendly and gave amazing recommendations! We highly recommend coming here! We tried a few different things and were not disappointed! The hibachi looked fun and entertaining as well!
